A 4 week package for families in the 0–5 month postpartum period who want gentle guidance, healthy sleep foundations, and emotional/mental health support. This is not formal sleep coaching but sleep shaping. We will work together to create a healthy sleep foundation for your little one and build the regulation skills for you so that the entire family is sleeping better and feeling a greater sense of wellbeing. All techniques are attachment friendly, breastfeeding friendly, and developmentally appropriate.

A 6 week package to help families solve sleep challenges, in their infants and toddlers, with gentle strategies and guidance the considers your family's unique needs, goals and parenting styles. This package also includes emotional and mental health support for parents to become calm, confident and consistent in supporting independent sleep for their children.
